SATURDAY
SCONE DOG TRIALS
The open final of the dog trials will begin at 7:30am, with 10 dogs competing.
Next are the futurity trials will have 15 dogs competing.
At 10:30 the sale dog demonstrations begin.
Murrurundi Preschool will be running the canteen with lots of warm food and drinks.

SUNDAY
SEGENHOE INN REOPENING
Local historical landmark, Segenhoe Inn is reopening this weekend with market stalls, music, food and tours of the beautiful estate. Proceeds from the day will go to the Aberdeen Men’s Shed.

- WHERE: 56 MacQueen St, Aberdeen, NSW.
AUSTRALIAN DRAMA AT SCONE FILMS
Scone Films will screen, The Daughter, rated M, at 2pm starring Sam Neil, Geoffrey Rush, Miranda Otto, Ewen Leslie and Odessa Young star in this all Australian drama from the producer of Lantana and The Piano.
The movie was filmed around Tumut in NSW about the drama that follows a man who returns home to a logging town that is in decline, for his father’s wedding.
He discovers a long-buried family secret and his attempts to put things right impacts on the lives of those he left behind years before.
There is limited seating, advance tickets can be purchased from Hunt a Book, Scone.
Afterwards there is a home-baked afternoon tea available for $5.
You don’t have to be a member and there is a warm welcome for everyone.
Insurance requires under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

- TICKETS: Pre purchase from Hunt A Book, Kelly Street, Scone or purchase at the door.
- COST: $12 per ticket. $5 for a home baked afternoon tea at the end of the film.
