Emergency Contacts

In the case of an emergency please call 000 for police, fire or ambulance.

When on the line to 000 remember:

  • Stay calm – speak slowly and clearly;
  • Answer the questions – the address and a phone number are vital;
  • DON’T HANG UP – Even when emergency services are on their way, the operator may continue asking questions to assist staff en route. Answering these questions does not delay emergency services arriving and can help them be better prepared on arrival. The operator can also guide you to provide assistance.
