Quirindi man critically injured

AT approximately 1:30am the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to Quirindi to treat a 28-year-old male suffering serious head injuries resulting from an altercation.

 

The Critical Care Medical Team assisted Ambulance New South Wales at the scene and the man was stabilised before being placed on life support.

 

He was then flown to the John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition.
