COST OF ADMISSION

• Adult: $25 at gate; $20 pre-paid;
• Concession: card or child 13-18: $20 at the gate; $15 pre-paid;
• Children: 12 and under: free;
• Family: $50 at gate; $45 pre-paid;
• Camping: $25 per site.

8:00 am:

• Muster at Jefferson Park

9:00 am:

• Grand Parade at Harrison Oval

9:45 am:

• Opening Ceremony – Drum Major: Ray Burgess
• Massed Band Salute
• Inspection of Clans and Bands
• Address by the Chieftain of the Day – Lachlan Neill Macdonald

10:30 am:

• Highland and Country Dancing
• Pipe Band displays
• Tartan Warrior’s competition, including sheaf toss and caber toss
• Amateur Tug of War competition
• Novelty events such as: kilted dash, egg toss, 3 legged race, best dressed laddie and lassie, bairn and pet comptetition

3:30 pm – 6:00 pm:

• Highland High Tea at the historic Segenhoe Inn

4:00 pm:

• Mass pipe bands
• Presentation of trophies
• Closing ceremony
• Lone piper

The Aberdeen Sport and Recreation Club is open until late, with full bar and Chinese restaurant.

There is also a Ceilidh at St Joseph’s High School, which begins at 6:30pm.
