Covid Update: Friday

OVERNIGHT masks are once again mandated at indoor venues, QR check-ins are now also applied to retail businesses and the 2 square metre rule at hospitality venues is also in effect.

There are now a total of 31 active cases of covid in the Upper Hunter local government area and in the past 24 hours 5612 new cases of covid in New South Wales, 382 people in hospital and 53 people in intensive care of which 12 people are being ventilated.
