Covid case confirmed in Gundy

ONE case of covid has been identified in Gundy today, however the person has been in isolation and there are no venues of concern associated with the case.

They were identified early as a close contact and were already in isolation.

Editorial note: The first case of covid-19 in Scone last year was Marie Muffett, she spoke to scone.com.au yesterday and we will run a story about her experience this week. She said the community was very kind when she was unwell and she didn’t have any negative reactions, only support. Hopefully, as we get more cases (which is inevitable) our community will continue to be kind and supportive of our own.
