- if you are appearing in court for the first time and do not have a solicitor, you SHOULD send an email to the court advising whether you are pleading guilty, pleading not guilty, or seeking an adjournment to obtain legal advice, and/or anything else which you wish to tell the Court. Your email should state your full name, residential address and contact phone number;

Your email should state your full name, residential address, and contact phone number.”
- if you are appearing for sentencing, you MUST contact the local court to discuss your particular matter, to determine if you must present to court;
- if you are seeking an adjournment for any reason, you SHOULD send an email to the court stating the reason you are seeking an adjournment, your full name, residential address, and contact phone number.
- if your matter is set down for hearing, you are expected to attend court.
