Wellbeing Superspreader: “The Cowboy”
DANIEL “The Cowboy” Nash is the fifth Wellbeing Superspreader who will be unleashing positive wellbeing on Scone from February 1.
Daniel’s the assistant farm manager at Godolphin, which means he’s in charge of the cows, the irrigation, the fencing; basically everything except the horses.
He will be trained by a certified Wellbeing Coach, to help Where There’s A Will (WTAW) spread wellbeing and good mental health all over Scone.
Fellow Sconeites will be asked to monitor their friends, family and work colleagues for symptoms such as greater happiness, improved physical health, better relationships less stress and improves coping within workplaces.
Those who have met Daniel say he is a seriously nice guy. He’s the driving force behind the trivia nights, the Survivor Challenges and all the other fun stuff that happens there after hours.
His work ethic and easy going nature extend beyond the farm gate into coaching his son Corey’s junior rugby league team, supporting his daughter Kaitlyn at dance, to playing touch and to Cross Fit.
His greatest achievement however may be his wife Nikki, a nurse at Murrurundi nursing home.
Locals are asked to follow the Superspreader social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram to see regular updates showcasing steps Daniel and the other Superspreaders are taking to achieve wellbeing in Scone.
Stay tuned for Monday’s announcement on who “The Livewire” is!
