LOCAL Police have said the accident on the New England Highway at Murulla, north of Wingen occurred at approximately 2:30am.
A Mitsubishi Lancer is believed to have been travelling north on the Highway when it crossed onto the other side of the road, left the road and rolled a number of times.
The driver, a 30 year old man and two passengers, a 21 year old woman and a 19 year old man were treated on scene by Ambulance, before being taken to the Muswellbrook Hospital.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter transported the 30 year man and the 21 year old woman to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle, while the 19 year old male remained at Muswellbrook Hospital for care.
