THE Westpac Rescue Helicopter has flown to Glen Rock to transport a 12 year old boy after a incident in the last hour.
UPDATE: The Westpac Rescue Helicopter service has just confirmed the location of Glen Rock where the incident occurred is Glen Rock in the Newcastle area, not the Upper Hunter.
The young boy is being flown to the John Hunter Hospital, but there are no further details on his injuries or the incident.
The aircraft will return to Glen Rock to winch out his dad from the same location.
