What’s Your Beef?

LOCAL Land Services will be holding an assessment and marketing workshop to help local farmers prepare for a spring turn-off of prime cattle.

The workshop, led by Alastair Rayner of RaynerAg will cover beef marketing, assurance programs, production compliance, using livestock data link, livestock assessment and cattle finishing.

After the workshop there will be practical assessments on a nearby property to help hone cattle selection and marketing decisions easier.

Morning tea and lunch is provided.
