SCADS: The Boor Hug
- Where: Scone Old Court House, Kingdon Street, Scone.

- Supper will be served after the performance.

Murrurundi Photographic Prize – Award Presenation
- Where: RSL Hall, 116 Mayne Street, Murrurundi.
- When: 6pm, Friday, September 30.
- Cost: Free entry + refreshments.

SATURDAY
Hunter Valley Cutting Horse
- Where: Scone White Park, 100 Guernsey Street, Scone.
- When: 8am – 5pm, Saturday, October 1.
- Tickets: Free event for spectators.
- Canteen: Will be open and run by the Bunnan Tennis Club.
- The youth ride in the afternoon and there are plenty of people to explain the rules to people watching for the first time.
Glenbawn Fishing Classic
- Where: Glenbawn Dam, Glenbawn Road, Scone.
- When: 7am until 11:30am and 12:30pm until 4:30pm.
- Registration: Can be done online or at the Aberdeen Fishing Club marquee at the Dam.

Upper Hunter Teampenning
- Where: Aberdeen Rodeo Ground, St Andrew’s Street, Aberdeen.
- When: 9am until after lunch.
- There are more than 100 entries this weekend, the canteen will be open and people are encouraged to come down and watch the sport.
