Westpac at Moonan Flat

THE Westpac Rescue Helicopter from Tamworth has landed at Moonan Flat to care for a 19 year old male who fell from a horse at Ellerston.

The man was transported by private vehicle to Moonan Flat where he was met by the Scone Ambulance and the Westpac helicopter.

He has sustained a closed head injury and minor ankle injury and will be flown to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle for further tests.
