Subscription – Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to access news sites owned by Wavelength Group Pty Ltd (Wavelength), you agree to all terms and conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed on our sites and platforms, including but not limited to, the Website Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Terms and conditions may change at any time. Any updated or modified conditions will be posted on Wavelength Group. Your subsequent use of the sites constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

To subscribe on hehalf of an organisation or other entity, the subscription must be an “organisation subscription”, as negotiated with the Wavelength Group.
Your subscription may be suspended or terminated at any time at the discretion of Wavelength.
Your subscription is non-refundable and will expire at the end of your subscription period.
Content on the Wavelength sites and platforms is protected by Australian intellectual property law including copyright and trademark.
You have no right to reproduce, transmit or publish via any means, any content or materials from Wavelength sites or platforms, either in part or in whole without written permission from Wavelength Group, such permission may be withheld for whatever reason.
Wavelength is not responsible for any loss resulting from your subscription or use of our sites or platforms, including but not limited to internet access issues, or damage to equipment or software.
