Water Skiing This Weekend

THE Lake Glenbawn Ski Club is holding a competition this weekend sponsored by the Royal Hotel Scone.

On Saturday morning there will be social skiing and in the afternoon barefoot endurance followed by a BYO BBQ and camp over at the clubhouse.

On Sunday morning the barefoot figure 8 elimination will be held, followed by the finless ski figure 8 elimination.

Entry fees and prize money:

• $10 to compete in the barefoot endurance, with winning crew taking all.

• $20 entry fee for Sunday. Each skiier is guaranteed two runs in the barefoot figure 8 elimination. Cash prizes for first and second place.
