Veteran’s Golf Report: April 17

Once again we welcomed Judy Miles (with apologies from her sons) for the presentation of the Ossie Miles Trophy – the first of the major golf events for 2018 for the Upper Hunter Vets, on Tuesday, April 17 at Muswellbrook Golf Club. Thank you to Jason and Beryl in the pro shop for your efficiency and to Bob and Pam Minch for organising the lunch.
The winner of the Ossie Miles Trophy is Gary Morley with 41 stableford points, from Les Brown 2nd 40, Ross Banks 3rd 37 C/B and Brian Dever 4th 37 C/B.
Balls went to Graham Huggins 37, Vice President Rod Upton, Secretary Graham Guest and Bob Lawman 36, Vice-Captain Graham Turvey, Jock O’Connor and Wayne Murphy 35 and Treasurer Bob Minch and Lindsay Hodge 34.

The Bradman Trophy, kindly donated by Gary Morley was won by George Smith.
