Veteran’s Golf Report: June 3

Twenty-three healthy and hardy Vets played a stableford event at Muswellbrook on a cold and windy Tuesday, June 2. Winter has well and truly arrived with a wind-chill to boot.
It was great to have Rod Auld back. Best wishes to Gary Morley for the medical procedure on his knee.
John Belfield did best to win with 35 points from Jim Elder 2nd 32, Rod Upton 3rd C/B 30 and Christine Smith 4th 30.
Balls went to Des Partridge, Terry Mitchell and Gary Leake 29, Les Brown 28 and Lindsay Hodge 27.
The Bradman’s trophy, kindly donated by Gary Morley, was won by Yvonne Tisdale.
