Veteran’s Golf: October 30

We send our condolences to Howie Lane and family on the death of his Mother.

Twelve Vets played a stableford event at Murrurundi Golf Club on Tuesday, 30^th October. The course is in its usual fine condition despite the drought.  Thank you Treasurer Bob Minch for shouting us the pies.

Vice Captain Graham Turvey did best with 37 points on a count back from Gray Gray 37 and George Campbell 36 C/B. Balls went to Greg Squires 36 and on 31 Terry Mitchell, Ross Banks and Tommy Thompson.

The Bradman’s trophy, kindly donated by Gary Morley, was won by Paul Gorman.
