Veterans Golf May 31

NINETEEN Veteran Golfers travelled to Murrurundi on Tuesday, May 31 for their stableford game on the sand greens and the beautiful scenery. It was a chilly start and then a sunny day.

Local Greg Lawrence did best with 38 points from President Paul Gorman second 35 and Bob Thorley third 32 C/B.

Balls very generously went to Phil Ledgerwood 32, Reg Davidson and Howie Lane 31, Rod Upton 28 and Gary Gray and John Norman 27.

• On Tuesday, June 21 we play a stableford event at Denman. All games hit-off at 8 am till 8.30.
