Veteran’s Golf: March 3

The fourteen Vets who played a 2-person ambrose event at Murrurundi Golf Club on Tuesday, 5^th March were saddened, when it was announced that Murrurundi Golf Course, following our game today, is closed till further notice due to the very dry conditions.

Thank you to Christine Smith for the lovely chicken sandwiches for lunch.

Terry Mitchell and Greg Squires combined well to win with 65.75.  In the ball comp, balls went to Treasurer Bob Minch and President Bruce Robinson 66, Lindsay Hodge and Red Palmer 67.75 and Christine Smith and Ross Banks 68.

The Bradman’s trophy, kindly donated by Gary Morley, was won by Milton Reid and John Norman.
