Veteran’s Golf: June 6

Thirty-three Vets enjoyed the beautiful winter morning at Muswellbrook Golf Course on Tuesday, June 6 on this delightful 18 hole layout in their stableford event. It wasn’t too cool at their 9 am winter hit-off time.

Results: 1st Christine Smith 39 points, 2nd Captain Max Holz 38 C/B, 3rd Les Brown 38 C/B, 4th Bob Fry 38, 5th John Tyrrell 37 C/B and 6th Gary Morley 37 C/B.

Balls: Graham Boles 37, Terry Mitchell and President Phil Ledgerwood 36, Ellie Raad and Rod Auld 35, Jock O’Connor and Des Partridge 34 and on 33 Lindsey Hodge, Ross Banks, Paul Gorman and Rod Upton.

Future Games: Tuesdays – June 13 a three-clubs plus putter stableford at Scone, June 20 stableford at Denman, June 27 stroke and putting at Aberdeen. Everyone to have hit-off by 9 am.
