Veteran’s Golf: February 20

Welcomed cloudy skies and some rain were at Denman Golf Course on Tuesday, February 20 when 13 Vets played a stableford event.

Best player was Terry Mitchell with 34 points from President Bruce Robinson 2^nd 32 C/B and Gary Gray 3^rd 32.

Balls went to Captain Phil Ledgerwood 31, Lindsay Hodge and Brian Dever 30, Emil Battista 28 and Graham Boles 27.

Nearest the Pins: 5^th Bruce Robinson, 14^th Graham Turvey.

Bradman Trophy: George T Smith – trophy kindly donated by Gary Morley.

Future Games: 

• February 27 – stableford at Muswellbrook;
• March 6 – 2 person Ambrose at Murrurundi – hopefully, now that they have had some rain;
• March 13 – stroke and putting at Aberdeen.

The Week of Golf at Muswellbrook will run from Monday, March 19 till Friday, March 23. Entries close on February 28 with Tournament Director, Bruce Robinson.
