Veteran’s Golf Report: June 9

TWENTY Vets made up of ten pairs, played a two-ball best ball, and individual stableford event at Scone on Tuesday, June 9 under cloudy skies with mild temperatures.

It was great to meet-up with former member Mal Bruce in the RSL Club after the game.

Welcome to new member Charlie Wintle.

Pam and Bob Minch did best to win with 44 points from Lindsay Hodge and Terry Mitchell 2^nd 42.

These individuals won balls: Christine Smith 37, Jim Elder 35, Des Partridge and Lyn Banks 33 and Ross Banks, Robert Colbert, and Charlie Wintle 32.

The Bradman’s trophy, kindly donated by Gary Morley was won by Les Brown.
