Veteran’s Golf: October 2

MANY thanks to Gary Morley for his generous annual sponsorship of the Vets’ mulligans stableford round, played this year on Tuesday, 2^nd October at Muswellbrook Golf Club. We received apologies from former captain Max Holz and Nellie.

There were 18 players and George Campbell came out on top with 39 points in a closely contested event, from Les Brown 38 on a count back from Terry Mitchell 38.

Balls went to Bob Thorley, Graham Guest, Ross Banks and Captain Phil Ledgerwood 35 and Jeff McKeon and Vice President Rod Upton 34.

The Bradman Trophy, kindly sponsored by Gary Morley also, was won by Bob Minch.
