Upper Hunter 24 hour rain totals
THE Upper Hunter received a huge amount of rainfall during the past 24 hours, with most areas receiving more than 15 millimetres.
The Mount Barrington Lookout topped the rainfall charts, with 35.2 millimetres recorded, followed by Scone, Upper Rouchel, Hunter Springs and Glenbawn, which all received more than 24 millimetres.
Thunderstorm and rain activity is expected to continue this afternoon, with upper atmosphere changes and high humidity levels impacting most of New South Wales.
The Glenbawn dam is at 49.7 percent capacity as of Monday, February 1 2021.
