Update: Ausgrid Power Outage in Scone

AUSGRID has interrupted power supply to approximately 106 customers living on Bunnan Road, Liverpool Street, Moobi Road, Satur Road and Seaward Avenue today, to repair damaged equipment attached to a pole.

The damaged equipment has been identified as a potential bushfire hazzard and power must be cut off in order to complete the repairs safely.

Ausgrid apologised for the inconvenience and said the repairs are part of their bushfire safety program to keep the community safe.

Repairs will be complete by 2:00pm today.
