TODAY the sale of SubZero to the MRS Services Group will be complete, securing the jobs of 300 local employees.
The company went into voluntary receivership on February 11 following a downturn in the mining economy.
The receivers had worked with the company to stabilise the business and attract a buyer.
The acquisition of SubZero will double the size of the Queensland based MRS Services Group.
From Saturday morning SubZero will be known as MRS Services.
