St Aubin’s Enters New Era

EXCHANGE was made yesterday on the iconic local estate of St Aubin’s.

The grand home has been in the care of the Fraser family for more than 80 years and they are pleased it will stay in the local hands of Katherine Brooks.

George Fraser said their family had all begun a new era and it was the right time to sell.

“As a family we’ve enjoyed our time there, it’s been a lovely place to live, it was a fantastic place to grow up with plenty of adventures to be had and a great place to throw a party,” said Mr Fraser.

“But it was the appropriate time, with all of us moving on for the house to be sold,” he said.

“It is particularly good that it has been sold to someone local, who has an interest in maintaining and doing the property up,” he said.

“I suspect the house is in very good hands and that Katherine will enjoy it as much as we have,” George Fraser said.
