Seniors Festival Activities

THE Senior’s Festival will be celebrated between April 1 and April 10 this year, with many events planned for residents 55 years of age and older.

A trip is planned to the Dag Sheep Station

On Wednesday, March 30 there will be a coach trip to DAG Sheep Station in Nundle for $15 including lunch: T: 02 6540 1350

Tom Thompson will assess items of value at a collectors roadshow at the White Hart Hotel Murrurundi on April 4 and the Country Women’s Association on April 5 at 10am.

Two free sit-dancing classes are planned for April 6 at Gumman Place, Merriwa at 10am and Murrurundi Library at 2:30pm: T: 02 6545 1363.

On April 8 seniors will be able to take a tour of the Upper Hunter Shire Council offices at 11am and 2pm: T: 02 6540 1141
