Delays on Golden Highway

TRAFFIC is reportedly backed up on the Golden Highway near Gungal due to roadworks.

Live Traffic NSW have confirmed the traffic flow is problematic in the area, especially north of the works, as scheduled lane closures take place in both directions.

The speed limit has been reduced to 40 kilometres and drivers of vehicles which are more than 4 metres wide are advised to phone 02 4968 5225 to arrange for access through the work site.

The works are being undertaken between 7am and 5pm, it began on July 2 and is expected to be finished by the end of the month.
