Scone Remembrance Day Service

• Where: Scone Memorial Pool, 2/14 Guernsey Street, Scone
• When: 10.30am, Sunday, November 11, 2018, followed by lunch at the Scone RSL Club
• The Scone RSL Sub-Branch is holding a centenary dinner on Friday night.
• The Scone Literary Festival will have guest author and historian Ross McMullin present “Ode to the Fallen” at 10:15am at the Scone Arts and Crafts Hall, Kingdon Street, Scone. More information: 1918: When Australian Soldiers Changed History.

Aberdeen Remembrance Day Service

• Where: Aberdeen RSL Club, 23 Moray Street, Aberdeen
• When: 10.40am, Sunday, November 11, 2018
• A special service was held on November 2 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of armistice with the laying of a ‘Field of Remembrance’, placing crosses and poppies on the bowling green and will remain in place until dusk on November 11, 2018.
