THUNDERSTORMS brought patchy falls to some areas of the Upper Hunter yesterday.
The totals recorded by the Bureau of Meteorology were as follows:
- Aberdeen: 0.4ml
- Bunnan: 2ml
- Cassilis: 25ml
- Ellerston: 4.6ml
- Kars Springs: 8.6
- Merriwa: 28ml
- Murrurundi: 6.6ml
- Scone: 10ml
In Ellerston some residents found 69ml in their rain gauge and enjoyed the downpour despite some damage to the roads.
Today there is the potential for shower activity throughout the upper Hunter and thunderstorms in the afternoon, mainly towards the Range.
Into the weekend conditions will be reasonably dry.
