Police Update: Nov 8
AT approximately 11pm last Friday night a 31 year old male was observed driving a black Nissan ute with no lights out of car park before then turned left onto Main Street, Scone.
Police activated their lights and sirens and submitted the driver to a road side breath test and it is alleged he returned a positive result.
The driver was arrested, searched and taken to the police station where he was given another breath analysis and where police allege he returned a reading of 0.087 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.
The driver was issued a court attendance notice for drive with mid-range prescribed concentration of alcohol, had his licence suspended and is to appear in Scone local court on November 24.
