On Your Bike!
COUNCIL has planned five free bike rides to get people back on their bikes and start peddling through bike week.
Bill Rose Complex to Cressfield Stud
A 45 kilometre social road ride from the Bill Rose Sports Complex in Scone to the Cressfield Stud in Parkville. It will be a fully supported ride with coffee and cake at Cressfield. No need to book, just arrive with your bike and helmet.
- When: 8:30am, Sunday, September 22.
- Where: Begins at the Bill Rose Sports Complex, 27 – 35 Kingdon Street, Scone.
Get Back on Your Bike
A ride around the Bill Rose Sports Complex or along the cycle path, finishing with coffee. Register for free on the day, just bring your bike and helmet.

- When: 10am, Friday, September 27.

Kinder to Year 2 Ride
This workshop helps children graduate from using training wheels on their bikes. Bikes and helmets are provided. Parents and carers must accompany their children for sign in purposes. Bookings are essential as places are limited. Phone: 02 6540 1100 or email: abalding@upperhunter.nsw.gov.au.

Primary School Ride
This event is for children in year 3 to year 6. This workshop is a bike safety workshop for children who can already ride without training wheels. Bikes and helmets are provided.
