Forensics Back on Scene

THIS morning police forensics returned to the site where the remains of Carly McBride were found in August this year.

Detective Sergeant Ian Wright said it was not uncommon for forensics to return to a scene throughout an investigation.

He anticipates the team may be on site for a few days, although perhaps not consecutive days and was able to confirm the return to site was prompted by new information.

The forensics team are currently shifting through soil.
