Fire reports with storm

Several fires have been reported, due to lighting strikes in the area.

Areas include Bunnan, Merriwa, Gungal, Muswellbrook, Ravensworth, one between Widden and Baerami Creek, and three in the Goulburn River National Park.

Smoke from the Pilliga Forest which has been present over the Upper Hunter for the past 24 hours and has now stretched as far as Sydney.
