Service For Those Who Help Most
Crn Liverpool Street and Hill Street
Scone.
Celebrating and Thanking those who care for our community.
Anytime, every day of the year, the sound of sirens and the sight of community transport vehicles remind us of the many courageous and dedicated people who willingly serve our community in the emergency, health and community care services. Police, Fire, Ambulance Officers, doctors, nurses, home care services, mental health services and family who care for their loved ones all give continually of themselves to keep the community safe.
On Sunday, 20th October Scone Anglican Parish invites you to take the opportunity to say thank you and show support for the many who serve our community, keeping us safe, healthy and cared for.
If you work, paid or voluntary, for any of the emergency, community care or health services in Scone, you and your family are warmly invited to attend the event at St Luke’s Anglican Church in Liverpool Street, Scone.
All those in the community who would like to show their appreciation, give thanks to God and pray for the work of these workers are welcome to join us.
The celebration starts at 5pm at St Luke’s Church and will be followed by a ‘High Tea’ in the Hall.
