THE Merriwa Landcare Group aim to inspire local landholder with the latest ideas in farm biodiversity at a forum in Cassilis.
The program will feature practical farmer to farmer sessions including:
- Uralla farmer-grazier, Tim Wright provide a guide to managing holistically for a sustainable future;
- Merriwa Landcare’s inspire diversity project – supplying local native tubestock to farmers, how to plant advice and equipment;
- on farm conservation, habitat regen and farm nursery led by Wayne Bedggood;
- Sir Ivan bush fire appeal information session, and
- information on grants and available agriculture and natural resource management.
