AT sundown yesterday Australian Pacific Coal announced to the market that Anglo American had agreed to extend the sunset clause of the purchase agreement for the Dartbrook coal mine near Aberdeen until April 14.
There has also been an increase in the break price payable in the agreement from from $500,000 to $1 million.
