Crossing Blocked But Traffic Flowing

A train has broken down over the Kelly Street crossing in Scone, but no traffic is left waiting.

With the bypass in operation no heavy vehicles are parked up and local traffic is simply using the Liverpool Street crossing and Guernsey Street.
