COVID-19: QLD and NSW border changes
UPPER Hunter residents will be allowed to cross the Queensland border, from 1:00am on November 3.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced she will open the border to New South Wales with the exception of those who live in Greater Sydney.
“In relation to the first of November opening date, we have been advised by the deputy commissioner . . . all the border passes that need to be removed will need to be removed effectively and efficiently,” said Ms Palasczuk.
Victorians are also not permitted to cross the QLD border.
