Catch Up with Arty Pals
ARTS Upper Hunter are hosting a soiree for art and cultural groups from throughout the Upper Hunter.
Mark Reedman, executive director of Arts Upper Hunter said it was important for artists from all disciplines to come together.
“Whether it’s visual arts, craft, writing, theatre, museums or festivals, the cultural fabric of the Upper Hunter relies heavily on unpaid groups of people who come together to develop their chosen art form or cultural activity,” said Mr Reedman.
“To acknowledge these groups of people, Arts Upper Hunter is holding a soirée at Scone Arts and Crafts on Friday November 11,” he said.
“Guests will arrive to the cool guitar sounds of Dave Harvey and nibble on cheese and biscuits while catching up with arty pals,” he said.
“Young songwriter Samantha Bell for the world premiere of a new song “Their Love Grows”.
“Next, young Singleton comedian Ethan Andrews will have you in stitches with his unique comedy stylings,” he said.
“Finally, it’s coffee, cake and conversation,” said Mark Reedman.
