Cannabis Plants Seized

POLICE seized four mature cannabis plants from a house in Sydney Street, Scone yesterday and a 51 year old male has been charged with cultivation.

The plants measured between 1.5 and 1.7 metres in height and were planted in the backyard of the property.

The cannabis was surrounded by some corn plants to conceal them from the view of the street.
