Festival Plans in Motion
THE Upper Hunter Horse Festival program is now available.
Lee Watts, president of the Upper Hunter Horse Festival committee said they are already receiving calls from people planning their holidays for the festival.
“There are many people who plan their time off around the Festival so it’s important the program is out now and it is the ideal time for local businesses to promote to visitors,” said Ms Watts.
“The Colonial already has copies of the program in all of their rooms, the committee members are distributing the programs throughout New South Wales and it is available online,” she said.
“Many people travel to watch the parade and then spend the weekend here, the ball is being held on the Friday night and we’ve already had calls from people planning to include the ball into their weekend in the Upper Hunter,” she said.
“It’s a ten day program, with lots of activities for people to enjoy,” Lee Watts said.
The programs are available in Scone at:
