Scone Man Blows It

On Sunday at approximately 12:55am, a 46 year old Scone male was driving along Guernsey Street Scone.

He was stopped by police for the purpose of a random breath test which returned a positive reading.

He was arrested and taken to Scone Police station where he underwent a breath analysis which returned a reading of 0.108.

The driver was issued with a field court attendance notice and is due to appear at Scone Local Court on February 18.

Wallabadah Woman with Weed

Also on Sunday at approximately 12:10am police had cause to stop a white commodore on Kelly Street, Scone, driven by a 35 year old Wallabadah woman.

After further inquiries, Police searched the woman and located a small amount of cannabis, which was seized.

The woman is due to appear in Scone local court on February 18.

Stolen Quad Bike Found

At approximately 1:30am on Saturday, January 16, police identified a quad bike that was being ridden by a 23 year old Cassilis man, in the rear of a yard in Branksome Street, Cassilis, which was  stolen.

The rider will be charged with Goods in Custody.
