Veteran’s Golf: March 30

OUR next game on Tuesday, April 6, has been changed to Aberdeen Golf Club for a stroke and putting MEDAL round.
The regular coring of the greens at Muswellbrook Golf Club has necessitated this change. Our next game at Muswellbrookk will be stableford on Tuesday, April 27 instead of Aberdeen.
On Tuesday, March 30 a perfect dozen Vets played a stableford event at Murrurundi where the fairways and rough look a picture. Thank you to Christine Smith for the delicious and nutritious sandwiches for lunch.
Kenny Thornton won with 32 points from Dave Taylor second 30 and Treasurer Bob Minch third 28.
Balls went to Rod Upton 27, Captain Phil Ledgerwood 26 and George Campbell 25.
The Bradman’s trophy, kindly donated by Gary Morley was won by Alby Colbert.
