Weather for this Week
THERE is a band of cloud and rain moving through the Central West coming into the Hunter today.
The big cold front moving through New South Wales is connecting with tropical moisture from cyclone Trevor in the Northern Territory and cyclone Veronica from Western Australia creating more rain that the Bureau of Meteorology has forecast in some time.
The front is gradually moving north-east as Trevor tracks into southern Queensland and the rain may possibly linger into Tuesday, depending how far south Trevor moves.
Into Friday there is another cold front coming through the state with rain for the eastern parts of the state likely and possibly showers into Saturday.
The temperatures from the cold front will feel a bit like autumn has arrived.
