A B-DOUBLE truck is on fire and the New England Highway is closed in both directions north of Muswellbrook, near Burton’s Lane.
Update: Live Traffic NSW has advised the road is now clear in both directions.
LiveTraffic NSW reported the incident at approximately 4:10am.
A diversion is possible by using Blairmore Lane north of Aberdeen, which becomes Invermein Street and Kayuga Road to reach Muswellbrook.
PLEASE travel with caution on Kayuga Road.
