LIGHT showers continued yesterday but will be hit and miss today with the chance of thunderstorms.
The Bureau of Meterology predicts there may be 3 to 5 mls in places throughout the Upper Hunter today.
The recorded rainfalls in the 24 hours until 9am this morning were as follows:
- Scone – 4.2ml
- Merriwa – 2.6ml
- Murrurundi – 5ml
There is the chance of further rain on Wednesday and Thursday as a system moves over the tablelands and extends down into the Upper Hunter.
