Fire In Merriwa

AT approximately 4:45am Fire and Rescue Merriwa were called to a car fire behind the IGA building.

Fire and Rescue NSW said the fire was extinguished within 10 minutes and crews returned to base at approximately 5:30am.

Bettington Street was closed to traffic during the incident and was reopened once the fire was extinguished.
